DELIVERY COST

We charge £4.95 for delivery to UK Mainland (excluding Highlands) and a subsidised rate of £9.95 to extended UK delivery areas - Scottish Highlands & Islands, other UK Islands inc. Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. Netherlands, Belgium, France & Germany are also priced at £9.95.

On orders over £25 we offer free delivery to the UK Mainland exc. Highlands. Sadly we are unable to offer this outside of the UK Mainland (exc. Highlands) due to the high costs associated with the delivery.

DELIVERY TIMESCALES

Goods are nearly always dispatched within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) and we therefore deliver to mainland UK Mainland (exc. Highlands) addresses in 2 days and Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, France & Germany in 3 days from of order receipt. e.g Orders received on Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday, and Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, France & Germany (3 days) will be delivered on Thursday. You can also request a specific delivery date at checkout and we will try our very best to accommodate. Should you need to change your delivery address, please email us at cheese@joseph-heler.co.uk
