The Recruitment Process works both ways; for us, to ensure you’re the right fit for the Role and Culture and for you to make sure this is the right career step. Therefore, we hope you take some learning from your time spent with us and feel free to ask as many questions as you wish.

Step 1

Apply for one of our current vacancies, or e-mail swalker@joseph-heler.co.uk our Talent Acquisition Manager, who will map your talents against our recruitment plans

Step 2

You will receive feedback on your application, regardless of the outcome

Step 3

If shortlisted, you’ll head down to Laurels Farm and meet the team; questions will include those aligned with our Company Values and role competencies – remember to jot down some questions of your own.

Step 4

Dependent upon the role, you may be invited back for a second interview showcasing your talents and personality.

Step 5

If you’re successful, you’ll enjoy a thorough induction plan upon commencement; introducing you to the business history, cheese making process and all departments.
