OUR PRODUCTS

All of our cheese is made by hand on open tables, by a team of hugely experienced cheese makers. Then matured for the time needed to develop the distinct flavours and textures. Our knowledge and handmade production allows us to make a wide variety of cheeses, and pack them in a number of different formats, like block, sliced or grated.

BRITISH CLASSICS

CHEDDAR

Our Cheddar cheese sits proudly as one of Joseph Heler’s signature products. We age our cheese slowly and our cheese graders only release each batch when the rich, smooth and slightly sweet flavour has developed over time.

Since winning the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in 2001 for our work developing Low Fat Cheese, Joseph Heler are now the leaders in producing healthy and high protein cheese.
